About the School

                     Sri Krishna Mission, School a non-government organization, was founded by His Holiness B.S.Damodara Swami, an eminent world Scientist, in 1991 to inculcate man making education based on spiritual and moral values. The school has been under state Board for 9 years and achieved cent percent success in the Board examination. In the year 2005, the school has been affiliated to C.B.S.E and in the very first year of C.B.S.E. Board exam also, it has shown cent percent success. The school is located at Kunjaban, Near Bholananda Ashram towards Agartala Airport, which is a unique area with lots of greenery and away from the din and bustle of the city, an ideal environment for the balanced growth and development of children which offers English medium education from Classes Nursery to XII std.
                      The modern system of education, especially science education, regards life as a completely material phenomenon. As a result we see today a great breakdown of moral and ethical principles in all sections society.
                       Sri Krishna Mission School emphasizes the importance of the spiritual dimension of life. This is in accord with the information found in the time honoured scriptures of the world, which have formed the foundation for lives of the most noble minded individuals in the history of human civilization.
                         Some of the special features of this school includes Individual cottage modules for the tiny tots (Nursury, KG I and KG II) , extensive playground , library facility, access to computers, well equipped laboratory. Individual attention to the children, parental care, wise counseling are worth mention. Sri Krishna Mission School is a co-educational, C.B.S.E. affiliated English medium school with 100% success at the Board exams, every year.

Mission of the School

                        The aim of Sri Krishna Mission School is to create the best educated class men and women who can understand essential meaning and purpose of life. This school will train children from a very young age since the impression made in the child's formative years having a lasting effect which stays throughout his life. Hence, this school will fill the gap left by the modern man free from quarrelsomeness, hatred, godlessness and thus making the world a peaceful place for everyone.

                          Another unique feature of this school the introduction of BHAKTI as a practical science which can be used for understanding the ultimate aim of life. Children should be formally trained to give respect to teachers, elders and parents as well as how to be clean inwardly and outwardly and to be completely free from the influence of bad habits such as smoking, intoxication, gambling, improper conduct in the relation between boys and girls.

                           Most importantly, they will be trained how to develop devotion for duty and love for God, the ultimate basis of the noblest of life.

                          We would also like to create a spirit of missionary zeal among our students in order to protect and preserve the science of BHAGAVADGITA & SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM the foundation of SANTANA DHARMA not only in India but also throughout the rest of the world.

                         The school would like the parents to maintain a close raport with the teachers. The parents are advised to meet the Principal / Head Teacher / Co-ordinator /Teachers, according to the schedule given below by prior appointment.
